• Receive order status (forcast/projection/official order) from sales team, calculate monthly/yearly/seasonal capacity and allocate to main factories and sub-factories
• Make weekly/monthly production plan for 1 main factory (370 workers/14 lines with capacity 104,000 pcs/month):

+) Review sketch, sample, TNA to assign the most suitable line

+) Check materials arrival date, delivery date, employment status to plan input date, output date, productivity/day

• Work with Sub-contractor team to manage production activities with sub-factories:

+) Book capacity with sub-factories base on Projection/Official orders

+) Check sub-factories' production plan and point out any bottleneck or delivery problems with sub-factories

+) In case of overcapacity, inform to PMD director and Sales team to sourcing new sub-factories

• Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly production activities:

+) Monitoring Revenue and Profit of main factories and report directly to Board of Director Monthly

+) Monitoring daily productivity/ defect rate of main factories, voice out to all depts if any delivery problems arise

• Working with HR/ Production team for monthly employment plan for full-scale operation of the main factories
• Manage Production kpis for each season and report to PMD Director

• Make Weekly and Monthly Master Production Plan for 1 small factory including 26 lines, nearly 500 workers
• Reaching efficiency of 75% and nearly 1 million products/month with main products including T-shirts, Top Tank and Hoodies
• Work with sales team on order projections and forecasts for upcoming months: +) To align monthly/yearly production capacity
• +) Adjust production plan dynamically to meet the changes in demand, optimizing output for styles
• Control all the processes from raw materials to put in production lines to the final output delivered to customers
• Working with all related departments to ensure that there are always enough WIPs for production to catch the master plan
• Make the delivery plan, follow up and report directly to customers for the daily shipment status and calling out any issues if have and resolve it as soon as possible

• Search for foreign customers through e-commerce channels
• Prepare contracts, Catalogs, and Quotation for customers
• Working with Forwarders and the Customs department to ensure all export procedures go smoothly
• Working with local suppliers to deal prices and place purchase orders for raw and sub materials, managing inventory to ensure all the material always be ready for production needs
