Overview:

Worked as Data Consultant in Data Lake Project - Prudential as client. This is an ongoing project, aiming to provide data solutions and centralizing data of Prudential VN.

Responsibilities:

• Build data model, perform data transformation, debugging, data manipulation, ETL.
• Worked with internal and external stakeholders to build data products serving business requirements for diverse departments.
• Drafted technical documentation (ERDs, release note...) to ensure data product delivery, ensure continuous delivery under Agile model.
• Proactively investigated, identified, documented and initiated solution for data quality issues through design and development phases.

Achievements:

• Created more than 20 dashboards and handled over 150 debugging requests, contributing to problem-solving across 20 workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Perform statistic calculations and data visualizations to communicate data findings to client inquiries.
• Conduct thorough researches on user trends and user's demographic information to support formation of hypotheses.
• Provide causal analysis to find out driven key to changes, including explaining, reconciling and bridging gap between Client data and Nielsen data.
• Be trained on Nielsen methodology, including statistics methodology and key metrics calculation.

Achievements:

• Enhance communication skill with external stakeholders as Nielsen clients.
• Self-manage multiple tasks with high accuracy to report to Manager and Managers from other departments, finding root causes for data mismatching for big client: Suntory Pepsico.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in SQL, Power BI reporting to perform data transformation, data debugging, data visualization.
• Demonstrated expertise in debugging, finding root causes and solution for data discrepancy among data systems.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify issues, align solutions to ensure data quality, and data documentation.
• Provide solutions for ad hoc requests, including quarterly, yearly finance reports.

Achievements:

• Recognized as Best Finance of the year – 2021.
• Initiated automation of 4 significant end-to-end projects, resulting in 70% reduction in mandates per year by replacing manual reports for finance business users.
• Successfully executed cross-functional reporting for headquarter on Project 5 Loan Data Tape Portfolios, involving comprehensive data extraction and data analysis for historical data spanning from 2019 to 2021.
