With a strong passion for teaching and extensive experience in various educational roles, I have observed the significant challenges that many Vietnamese students face in accessing modern and effective English education. This has inspired me to pursue the Master of TESOL at Monash University, where I aim to deepen my knowledge of advanced teaching methodologies and enhance my professional skills. My goal is to contribute to improving English education in Vietnam, particularly in underserved areas, by equipping students with the language skills necessary to thrive in a globalized world. Through this program, I seek to strengthen my ability to foster innovative, high-quality English learning for students across my community and the country.As an enthusiastic and dedicated educator, I have accumulated valuable experience in various teaching roles, including tutoring, leading extracurricular activities, and teaching students of all ages. From working as a teaching assistant to managing English programs and organizing English learning activities, I have seen firsthand the challenges that many Vietnamese students face in accessing modern and effective English education. This has driven my passion to pursue the Master of TESOL at Monash University, where I am eager to learn and adopt advanced, effective teaching methods to further develop my professional skills. I am deeply committed to helping students in my local community, as well as throughout Vietnam, gain access to high-quality English education. With a focus on personalized and innovative teaching practices, I aim to equip students with strong English skills that will enable them to thrive in an increasingly globalized world.
