• Drafted, reviewed, negotiated, and finalize various project-related contracts, including PPAs, EPCs, O&M agreements, and material procurement contracts, across all phases from investment to operation.
• Supported the management of M&A transactions: conducted legal due diligence (LDD), advised on deal structures and Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), assessed conditions precedent (CPs), and negotiated with sellers to finalize and implement SPAs.
