  • 4/2020-3/2023: NPI product owner/ Quality rep/ Project lead
    NPI: Seed travel to Chengdu for NPI Alder Lake Mobile Product (12th Gen). Responsible for new product process and technique startup and transfer across global sites at assembly and test factories. Perform Install and Qualification/ Module qualification for new tool type/ product.
    ● Deliver the training/ set up to operation team for new SOP. Supervise the testing process to ensure the consistency of product testing. Maintain the equipment to hit the MOR and AUc/ OEE (99%). Problem-solving to fix the product or equipment issues that
    happen during the HVM phase.
    NPI: Travel to the US for the NPI Meteor Lake Mobile Product (14th Gen) to learn new technology and build the process for product startup in VN. Overcame multiple issues (display/thunderbolt testing/USB2 Down Train) during NPI by leading working group discussions and driving for solutions.
    HVM: Ramp up massive Meteor Lake in the VN site and lead VF sites to save 0.2% yield loss during the HVM phase, it was recognized by the Product Division and Technical Development Group. Familiar with test hardware, boards, systems, and network product manufacturing flow and processes.
    Quality Representative for the Integrated Process Control System (ICM PCS) at the PPV module, ensuring that processes and systems meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Driving CA/PA for Die Crack/ EDM/ Corrosion Pedestal/ loop-back issues across test modules (Burn In/Class Test) related to Electrical/ Structural/ Functional Test, and cosmetic/warping issues for Assembly modules, documented all issues follow FMEA
    standard.
    Mobile Products Platform lead (7 Engr): prioritizes team growth and well-being, acting as a mentor to support skill development and goal achievement. Driving for chronic issues related to mechanical (eliminate human factors by VCTIM installation jig), a major player in the transition of new technology, specifically liquid thermal interface materials to PPV VN.
    4/2023- : Project ● leader/ Program Manager
    Project leader: Lead the project transfer new LTIM technology from the US to Vietnam which encountered challenges with pedestal corrosion TCU, necessitating careful analysis and adaptation for successful implementation. Use statistical tools (SPC, and Cp/Cpk) to ensure processes/LTIM config are scalable and ready to ramp up.
    ● PM: Co-work with Div to manage DPM (Defect per Million) for the Meteor Lake Mobile Product, cross-functional teamwork with the CM/ Division product/ Manufacturing Dept for CA/PA and DOE plan to hit the target DPM. Successfully build and drive the
    FMEA/Quality matrix for product Panther Lake (PTL) NPI and driving mitigation for technical/schedule risk via the PTL program.
    PM: Extend scope to lead the MWG (Module Working Group) and be responsible as a Program Manager. Lead virtual factories for Nova Lake Chip Program, managed multiple stakeholders (GSC, Technical Development Group, Division Lab, ATM, Suppliers) to deliver the project schedule with keys being technical leadership and cost saving.
  • ● PM: The project involves relocating new tools and server products from the Costa Rica site to Vietnam, addressing solutions for a tight schedule and various technical challenges.
