With a strong commitment to promoting social sustainability in supply chains, I utilize my real-life experience and skills to identify practical, workers-centred solutions for international focal firms and their suppliers. I have been involved in various projects, including supply chain due diligence and social compliance programme in developing sourcing countries, including Vietnam and other countries.

In addition to this professional role, I am currently pursuing doctoral research on social sustainability in supply chain management at ESCP Business School’s Paris Campus.

  • Collaborated with ELEVATE to conduct factory assessments and improve working conditions under the Mekong Sustainable Manufacturing Alliance.
  • Led Human Rights Due Diligence Assessments (covering labour rights) across multiple countries, including Bangladesh, Cambodia, Côte d’Ivoire, Hungary, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, etc.
  • Commissioned by international lead firms and UN agencies to evaluate and develop action plans for compliance with human rights standards and best practices in sectors such as garment/footwear, extractive industries, construction, and agriculture
  • Developed social sustainability supply chain indicators and monitor supply chain data for various human rights and labour rights issues
