· Manage headcounts, expenses & performance of staffs of Treasury Operations, Loan Operations and Credit Risk Management Services towards set goals, productivity savings and initiatives.

· Responsible for quality service delivery in processing settlement & domestic/overseas payments for Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Loan/Trade Finance Disbursement/collection, covering both Hanoi & Hochiminh Branches.

· Coordinate with Markets Head, Products, Legal, Compliance, relevant Sales and Business Coverage for launching new products, process procedure set up & onboarding new Credit & Treasury clients.

· In-charge of BAU 5-day cash flow forecast and consolidate data across Operations for Markets Treasury.

· Lead the team to work with Technology teams & other service providers to implement effective solutions and new systems.

· Review performance of Client Services Centers (CSC) supporting for Loan Operations and Credit Risk Management Services.

· Responsible for Regulatory impact analysis and compliance with Citi policies (e.g Manual payment Processing, Third Party Payment, Safekeeping, Record Retention, Sanction/AML screening….) and Local Regulations.

· Consult with Legal & Compliance for Treasury & Credit Onboarding Document Checklist, Loans & Treasury Products Supporting Document Matrix & Checklist.

· Manage operational risks, payment reconciliation, cash-break investigation, maintain strong control environment and assessment (Continuous Monitoring, Quarterly Risk Assessment, Annual Risk Assessment).

· Coach and set up independent Loan Operations & Credit Risk Management Services Teams to transfer management to respective new Global Division as per new structure strategy.

· Set up Account Payables Team and the process procedure in Citi Hanoi. & Manage the migration of AP Unit from Hochiminh branch to Hanoi branch.

· Responsible for quality service delivery in processing & domestic/overseas payments for Foreign Exchange (Spot/Forward/Swap), Money Markets, Fixed Income &Derivatives.

· Ensure timely & accurate processing for the expense of both Citi Hanoi & Citi Hochiminh Branches.

· Partner with Technology for the new systems, initiative implementation.

· Mentor & guide Management Associates on AML report automation project covering for Retails banking & Corporate banking.

· Partner with Markets Business for launching new products and onboarding new Treasury clients.

· Ensure the Operations Manual is effective & timely updated/enhanced & implemented by the team members.

· Provide coaching, mentoring to successors and ensure talent plan is in place.

· Responsible for Regulatory impact analysis and compliance with Citi policies and Local Regulations.

· In-charge of regulatory reporting for Treasury related products.

· Recruit Dalian AP staffs & manage migration of Vietnam AP Unit to Dalian for process centralization to Excellent Service Center.

· Process Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income & Derivatives.

· Initiate automation for processing and internal & external reporting.

· Coordinate with IT Dept for initiative implementation.

· Implement system enhancement for Treasury Operations.

· Liaise with other Citibank’s branches for settlement of Treasury products

· Closely work with RPC Sydney CSC team for the smooth settlement of treasury products.

· Independent analyze bank organization, products, expenses to work out business unit cost for each product to present to Citi management.

· Process Citibank Vietnam’s expenses.

· Manage account receivable and payable.

· Work out Tax report and issue VAT invoices to clients.

· Monitor country nostro reconciliation.

· Handle financial reports to State Bank of Vietnam.

· Feasibility study to jointly open Fund management Company & Securities Company

· Analyze Securities for investment.

· Liaison with Nomura Japan on Securitization for international income of Vietnam Post & Telecommunication Corporation (VNPT).

· Set up process procedure preparing for Bond issuance of VNPT.
