E-call ( Homologation + TPS )

Technical support for everything ecall related

• HOMO eCall: Analyze market requirements, support homologation, and manage certification/re-certification processes. Build and operate test benches alongside labs; collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues.
• TPS eCall: Coordinate with vendors and aftersales teams to ensure smooth feature deployment. Plan FRS, debug issues, and address concerns from all stakeholders.

Android Auto/ Apple Carplay

• Build benches and validate vehicles to ensure the hardware requirements are met for each specific use case.
• Collect project hardware and software configurations and negotiate project scope with certification providers (Google/Apple/others…)
• Manage issues until project greenlight, i.e., certification providers officially agree to start project and lock requirement levels.
• Drive issue fixing progress on all sides including application, platform, and 3PL development

On-site at field : China, Spain : Location Driving Test, ITU-T telephony Audio Quality, Siri Audio Quality, USB-IF, In Vehicle Assesmen, Functional, I-Perf, PCTS, Enhanced Siri, Wi-Fi Allience

• Setup and debug real bench systems.
• Perform functional testing of ECUs follow FRS (MHU, ACM, ADAS, BCM, CCU, CPD, HUD, IPC, VCU, XGW, IDB, RCU) on VF3, VF5, VF6, VF7, VF8, VF9, VFe34, and VF Limo vehicles.
• Write test cases, test scenarios for FUSA testing.
• Info Domain : Test HMI, UI/UX, speech recognition (Siri, ViVi, Google Assistant), and FOTA.
• Diagnostic Domain: monitor, diagnose, and detect faults in vehicle electrical and electronic systems.
• Body Domain : Body, Door, Trunk, ETG, Bonet, Horn, Light Test
• Repair and maintain vehicles; manage tools and equipment including oscilloscopes, phones, cameras, and SIM cards

• Understand PCB manufacturing process.
• Establish and execute product testing procedures.
• Evaluate products against company standards.
• Support measurement and data collection.
• Prepare error analysis reports.
