Role 01: Business Development | CPG and F&B Vertical Lead (Mid-Market)

As the designated Customer Success Team (CST) for CPG & F&B Clients in Mid-Market Vietnam, my responsibilities revolve around driving revenue growth, increasing product adoption, and fostering commercial expansion.

Revenue Growth:

  • Spearheading the development of a comprehensive long-term growth strategy to escalate the number of active accounts and elevate ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account) by approximately 280% quarter by quarter in 2023.
  • Achieving a remarkable 120% F&B Vertical revenue growth in 2022 and maintaining a substantial 115% growth in 2023, along with an impressive 170% CPG Vertical revenue growth in 2022 and sustaining 130% growth in 2023.

  • Instrumental in closing a groundbreaking global Joint Business Plan (JBP) deal for Mars Inc (Confectionary & Petcare).
  • Notable clients such as Carlsberg Group and Marico Group experienced substantial revenue growth of around 300% owing to the unlocking of all Brands and the establishment of strategic relationships with Brands/Agencies and TikTok.

Product Adoption Growth:

  • Enhancing the product adoption rate of the account list, with Branding solutions witnessing a remarkable 270% growth from 2022 to 2023, and performance solutions experiencing a commendable growth of 117%.
  • Driving Content Ads solutions growth of 350% from 2022 to 2023, with more than 40 packages executed across F&B and CPG brands in Vietnam in 2023.

Commercial Growth:

  • Collaborating closely with TikTokshop to onboard 80% of CPG and F&B clients and supporting them through an incubation program to expand their shop on TikTok.
  • Achieving a sustainable 80% to 90% quarter-over-quarter growth in Shop ads-related solutions from Q3/22 to Q4/23.
  • Partnering with TikTokshop to monitor clients' daily commercial activities as well as major campaigns such as Double Day and Super Brand Day to facilitate business growth on the platform.
  • Noteworthy achievement: Facilitating DHC's TTS performance growth and securing the position as the Top 1 Personal Care brand during the October 2023 Women's Day campaign.
  • Contributing to the remarkable 700% revenue growth of local brand Quê Việt from 2022 to 2023, with an ads take rate (ads GMV/Ecom GMV) exceeding 50% owing to consistent spending and the effectiveness of ads solutions.

Role 2: Product Champion Project

Branded Mission Champion (VN Market):

  • Collaborating closely with Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) to disseminate new product information to the local market.
  • Developing hit lists and pitching decks for various customer segments.
  • Monitoring campaigns, collecting feedback on products, and constructing case studies on Branded Missions for the SEA region.

Highlight:

  • Pioneering the first Branded Mission campaign for the Mid-market across SEA for Giao Hang Tiet Kiem (shipping services client) in Vietnam.
  • Crafting a compelling case study for GHTK, winning the MMA SMARTIES Awards Vietnam 2023 for one of the best "Brand Experience" campaigns.

TTCX & TTCM Champion (VN Market):

  • Collaborating with creative partners in Vietnam to launch TTCX & TTCM to the market, aiding brands in familiarizing themselves with TikTok creative and leveraging the TikTok creator community.
