Lead successfully the project of opening a retail store and online sites for a new brand within 5 months:

• Strategically plan for a new business
• Source apparel (home wear, underwear) assortment
• Source materials for production
• Select the store location
• Set up store operations (layout, VM, desktop, printers, barcode scanner, payment system)
• Build up brand website on Haravan (e-commerce platform)
• Extend online business on Shopee (marketplace)
• Plan monthly social marketing plan (Google ads & Facebook)
• Support as a sales associate after store opening

• Assist Buying Manager on Own Retail seasonal purchasing forecast and improving merchandising strategies.
• Execute DTC strategy to deliver budget and target revenue and maximize gross profit for 11 stores
• Control order fulfillment (future and normal) for 11 stores
• Collaborate with store staff to deliver weekly shipment timely and approve returned slow movers
• Plan annual and monthly delivery capacity for stores
• Review campaign sell through (7D,14D, 30D, 60D,90D) and monthly or seasonal sell through by category, product group, division, etc
• Monthly analyze and maintain inventory level under appropriate coverage month
• Review blackhole list weekly and take action
• Review monthly purchase forecast to cancel unconsumed forecast
• Prepare analysis as directed
• Monthly review PLC for markdown decision with Omni Marketing team.
• Handle new system projects, improvement projects within Buying Team.

• Create sales projections and adjusted purchase plans
• Plan seasonal open to buy (OTB) for multi brands (Nike, Adidas, Crocs, New Balance, Skechers, Fila, Speedo, Zoggs, Under Armour, Hoka, Teva etc.)
• Plan monthly promotions, events by estimating sales, gross margin and costs
• Identify risks and establish opportunities to drive growth and increase profit through effective inventory management
• Cooperate with Finance Team in monitoring monthly cash flow allocated for purchased stock
• Work with each department to actively manage inventory level
• Control monthly or quarterly markdown of all product items
• Review product data (season, retail price) for all product items seasonally
• Create a set of dashboards and reports for daily/weekly sales, gross margin and inventory tracking, best/worse item sold, sell through

• Analyze forecast from more than 10 customers
• Set up monthly meeting with customers to verify forecast with customers in order to follow up demand trend and review forecast accuracy
• Plan monthly production under MPP (Master Production Planning
• Tracking sales against monthly forecast with clarification for critical gaps
• Review supply with regional team in SIOP meeting (Step 3) monthly
• Commit supply basing on forecast and confirm delivery date for ad-hoc orders, demand checking
• Control FMI inventory and review supply chain parameters (stocking policy, safety stock, lead time, etc.) quarterly
• Control factory's finished goods' master data
• Handle logistics offer (LO) to customers

• Import professional electronics products
• Plan demand forecast monthly and quarterly
• Control daily and monthly aged inventory
• Source accessories for main products
• Manage master data integrity
• Create and follow up sales orders to customers
• Follow up payment issue, transportation from warehouse to wholesalers.
