Timber Production System and Tools (Revit)

• Led the setup of a Revit-based timber production system from scratch
• Defined workflows, tool logic and requirements, guiding the API team in developing custom add-ins
• Developed and implemented the system in parallel on a live large-scale project (~6,000h production / ~20,000h design)
• Led a team of up to 18 members, including onboarding non-Revit users
• Achieved up to 2x faster delivery to meet client requirements
• Eliminated dependency on third-party software by guiding development of a custom saw-machine export solution, reducing licensing costs

Large-Scale Projects

• Waste treatment plant (UK, 1,000h): Delivered geometry and reinforcement drawings at IFC phase.
• Harbor project (Norway, 2,000h): Delivered BIM models, rebar drawings and construction schedules.
• Tunnel project (Denmark, 8,000h): Delivered detailed design models for cast-in-situ structures.
