• Strategy & Planning: Develop and refine the master PM schedule. Ensure all maintenance activities align with the factory's production volume and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train a team of 11 Maintenance Technicians. Set KPIs for the team and conduct performance reviews.
• Execution & Compliance: Ensure all PM activities are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Intel’s global safety and quality standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use Power BI or SQL to analyze maintenance data. Identify trends in "Mean Time Between Failures" (MTBF) and "Mean Time To Repair" (MTTR) to shift from reactive to proactive maintenance.
• Spare Parts Management: Forecast and manage the inventory of critical spare parts to ensure zero production delays due to part shortages.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles within the maintenance workshop to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external equipment suppliers for specialized servicing or upgrades.
• Equipment Maintenance & Installation: Install, qualify, and maintain high-tech manufacturing equipment. Develop preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and train technicians on standard operating procedures.
• Process Control: Monitor and control process variations using Statistical Process Control (SPC). Ensure the production line meets quality, reliability, and yield targets.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Lead complex troubleshooting efforts (Level 2 & 3 support) to minimize tool downtime and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, Output, and Cost (SQOC) using Lean Six Sigma and Model-Based Problem Solving (MBPS).
• Data Analysis: Utilize data visualization tools (like Power BI or SQL) to track equipment performance metrics and predict potential failures.
• NPI (New Product Introduction): Coordinate with global Virtual Factory (VF) partners to transfer new technologies and products into the Vietnam site.
