-Responsibility High Award Tracking and Verification (HATV) and Leader Recognition operations at Amway, I oversee and align all HATV and Recognition processes with global guidelines and standards. I ensure that all administration works related to distributor operations comply with Amway policies and Rules of Conduct.
- My role involves managing Distributor performance data relating to qualifications, signs of violation, or manipulation on leading the development of a micro-recognition platform to enhance the recognition program.
- Provide frequent and ad-hoc reports to review business performance in a comprehensive view with a meaningful visualization. Point out the trends, stories to give good insights for Management and relevant stakeholders.
Proficient in reviewing raw data, creating meaningful summary views, and conducting statistics in Excel & Power Query and visualizing in Power BI
Strong ability to query big data in SQL and knowledge of HDFS, Hadoop, and the ability to query and analyze big data in Apache spark with Scala or Python
