Project Overview
A digital insurance platform enabling customers to manage insurance policies, submit claims, make premium payments, update personal information and use self-service features through web and mobile applications (IONIC cross-platform apps, React Native mobile app)

Responsibilities

• Collaborated with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Developers to clarify business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Designed comprehensive test scenarios and detailed test cases based on business requirements.
• Executed SIT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End (E2E) Testing and UI/UX Testing.
• Performed manual testing across Web Portal, Web Application and Mobile applications.
• Applied AI tools to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios and generate draft test cases before refinement.
• Identified and documented software defects, tracking them in Jira to ensure resolution and improve product quality.
• Managed test cases and execution using qTest.
• Maintained project documentation using Confluence.
• Participated in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings.
• Worked closely with Developers, Product Owners, UX Designers and UAT teams.
• Performed API validation using Postman to verify request/response payloads and business rules.
• Executed performance testing with Apache JMeter to assess application responsiveness and stability under load, contributing to improved user experience.
• Built automated smoke test suite for Web Portal using Selenium.
