Provide Level 2 technical support for vMonitor, vStorage products. - Assist in the deployment and resolution of issues for customers using Cloud products.
- Research and share tools, applications, and solutions to deploy solutions for customers.
- Execute migration projects for VNG Cloud customers. Ex: Migration from another Cloud Provider ( AWS, Azure, FPT Cloud,..) or On-Premises to VNG Cloud.
