Main responsibility:

• Lead the design of customer-centric solutions throughout the product journey
• Collect and analyze customer insights to create new feature requirements and plan product enhancements

• Collaborate with tribe members during product planning and iteration sessions to define comprehensive product specifications
• Oversee the entire product delivery lifecycle, including customer persona creation, identifying pain points, solution design, development, testing, launch, experience evaluation, and adjustments
• Lead continuous improvement efforts within the team, defining and implementing improvement stories to enhance program velocity and quality
• Coordinate task execution across squads, removing impediments to allow full focus on product delivery
• Collaborate with team leads to resolve personnel issues and project roadblocks, conducting post-mortem reviews and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and maximize productivity

Project/ Product:

• Business Process Management Letter Credit: It is a project aimed at improving the operational processes for corporate clients, primarily focused on import and export. The project improves over 50 process flows with hundreds of features and integrates with systems such as T24, ECM, Jupiter, etc.
• Mobile App Retail MSB Application: It is a mobile product designed for individual customers. It builds common features such as e-KYC, onboarding, transaction authentication, product configuration, and integration flows with systems such as T24, Jupiter, Way4, E-payment, Messaging, m-Particle, Insider, etc.

Main responsibility:

• Project Requirements Gathering and Market Research: Conduct surveys and gather project requirements, understanding the necessary business processes to be implemented
• Research market trends, new services/products, and competitors within the responsible field
• Product Backlog and Feature Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritize and organize outstanding requirements to build new product features
• Advise on implementation solutions to meet project and product requirements
• Documentation and Requirement Analysis: Document business processes into requirements analysis, functional descriptions/specifications, business workflows, user stories (US), and prototypes/wireframes, then hand over to the development team
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate and interact with other departments (e.g., testing, UI/UX, development) during the development process to ensure project team members understand and meet the required specifications
• Design and Solution Review: Participate in reviewing detailed design documents, evaluating, and providing conclusions on the proposed solutions
• UAT and Support: Support business teams during UAT testing and acceptance of the product
• Assist in creating user manuals for the software
• Participate in testing and final acceptance of the product/service before and after go-live

Project/ Product:

• Vietnam airline market place: It is a website for customer tiers, where points are accumulated and converted into vouchers, which can then be used to purchase products for customers of Vietnam Airlines.
• Core e-voucher: It is a core product of the company, building an online voucher platform for customers, integrated into card products and e-wallets to facilitate storage and daily usage.

• Portal Viettel Post: It is a product designed for delivery staff. It manages the entire delivery journey of orders according to Viettel's business processes.
