Having much experiences about furniture and household goods in South East Asia Markets (Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos...)
I am in charge for developing the export markets for metal and plastic furniture of Qui Phuc Company:
Main acticities:
- Making the AOP in each year
- Developed and implemented international sales strategies to increase market share in South East Asia countries.
- Analysing sales data, and forecasting the sale turnover in each region
- Set up the sale target for international sale team
- Coached, developed and motivated team to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitored all activities of international sale department.
Moreover, I also worked as international Sales man too in some markets:
- Conducted international visits to research marketplace, meet partners, and observe operations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending growth strategies.
- Negotiated contracts with overseas distributors, enhancing distribution channels.
- Attended international trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
Achievement: Success for developing Quiphuc’s furniture in Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia…from a domestic-sale factory to an export-sale factory with more than 5mil. USD (export turnover per year).
