Main responsibilities:

• Review stock and place PO weekly/monthly based on demand forecast from the Commercial team, historical data, commercial activities, market intelligence, and industry trends to meet consumer demand and minimize costs of storing and transporting goods.
• ·Work with suppliers to ensure POs (Purchase Orders) are made accurately and timely; with e-commerce platforms to arrange inbound quantity and schedule; closely follow up with the transportation of stock to multiple warehouses for fulfillment.
• Lead the monthly S&OP review to propose budget for each group brand basing on forecast from Commercials, operating measures (DOI, SLOBs, stock on hand...) and historical sale performance
• Streamlined shipping and receiving operations for each brand to match the capacity of each warehouse.
• ·Develop performance tracking and reconciliation with e-commerce marketplaces: stock optimization, bad stock, and stock availability.

Achievements:

• Planing sell in more than 1000 SKUs with revenue 20 bil.VND per month for S&OP processing & driving supply chain & logistics optimization
• Experienced in supply planning for many different industries such as FMCG (P&G, Johnson & Johnson), Cosmetic (Shiseido, Finetoday, Amore Pacific), F&B (Pepsico Foods, Fonterra).
• Manage stock balance & ensure stock for big campaigns in E-commerce (Mid-year sale 6.6, Lazada Birthday) and for new- channel platform (Tiktokshop)
