Office Administrator:
- Manage full administrative tasks
- Organize office operations, including scheduling, filing, record-keeping and other office functions
- Arrange business trip: visa, flight, hotel, and transportation
- Organize office events: town hall, conference seminars, Year-end party, Outing trips, team building, Employee Appreciate week
- Manage office supplies and equipments
- Track and trace procedures for payment, office expenses
- Process shipments for samples via FedEx, DHL, UPS including custom clearances
- Process & record bank payments
HR Executive:
- Process recruitment includes review JD, post jobs, filter CVs, contact and schedule interviews, confirm and send out offers
- Handle the employee life cycle: on-boarding, off-boarding, offer letter, labor contract, termination, etc
- Monitor and record employees database
- Arrange office healthcare, insurance policy and annual health check-ups
- Communicate with employees , relationship building, human focus, positive attitude
