The voicebot detects the customer’s speech and intent, then routes the call to appropriate conversation scenarios.
- This involves technologies such as text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and intent recognition, using both paid API platforms and custom-trained models.

- In this phase, I took on the role of Project Manager and Solution Consultant for the Midas project with GalaxyDT client, a leading company in the consumer finance sector. I was responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle while providing end-to-end solution consulting tailored to the client’s specific needs.
- This project focused on developing critical enterprise operation systems, including:
- A Data Warehouse system to centralize and streamline data management and reporting.
- Integration with various payment channels to optimize financial operations.
- A debt calculation system to automate and enhance the accuracy of financial debt management processes.

- Served as the Project Manager for the e-Invoice transition project for Prudential Vietnam, ensuring full compliance with Circular 78 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The project was successfully completed in November 2022.
