• Develop Project Start-up plan and Success Criteria.
• Lead project risk assessments, develop mitigation plan, and ensure 100% completion before start-up.
• Lead multi-functional start-up team to ensure 4M readiness (Equipment, Method, Human, Material) for project start-up.
• Lead Start-up Implementation and validation activities.
• Lead Technical Training and Transfer SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure the operation is equipped with enough capability to operate the new system.
• Responsible to ensure project successfully and smoothly turn-over to ongoing operation.

Achievement: Successfully led and delivered start-up for 3 big projects.

• Mespack 570 for running Downy Liquid.
• Generic Shipper Customization.
• 1.6L PX - Launch new product for the Korea market.
• Successfully delivered PRGM2 (Factor in evaluating the stability of the project before handing it over to the production department) for 2 big projects: Monet and Generic Shipper.

• Control operating system reliability.
• Control product quality.
• Control in-process measure to ensure 100% deliver output.
• Develop operations standard work process.
• Daily problem solving.
• Participate in initiative/project execution.
• Participate in the loss elimination project.
• Ensure machine is running with target defined.
• Ensure 100% of standards are documented, implemented, and the same across machines with the same technology. (CL, CPE, RLS, CIL, PM02, KWOPL).

Achievement:

• Delivered operational excellence results for Mespack technology: Process reliability > 85%, Unplanned downtime < 1%, Stops per day < 1.
• Improve 61% timing for changeover process by optimization without investment.
• Eliminated quality issue, black particle in product.
• Improve 40% process capacity without investment.
• Delivered Material Utilization is greater than 98.7% for Mespack technology.

Role & Responsibility:

• Developed and maintained a maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment was serviced on time with the SAP system.
• Created work orders with detailed instructions for technicians to complete maintenance tasks.
• Reviewed completed work orders to verify that tasks had been performed correctly and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Collaborated with vendors and suppliers to order necessary parts for repairs when needed.
• Documented details of all maintenance activities including costs, labor hours, materials used.

Achievement:

• Reduced $12M maintenance cost per year by changing material for component.
• Local Supplier instead of Original Supplier to reduce maintenance cost.
• Machine running without breakdown. Safety stock is always available.

Role & Responsibility

• Follow standards in operating and maintaining specific areas of the line (zones) during their shift.
• Complete all operating tasks for owner area according to the documented standards.
• Identify and resolve (or start/continue to resolve) problems through owner-operating shift.

Achievement:

• Completed qualification 2 Technology within 6 months: Bottle Techlong, Mespack.
• Qualify at intermediate level for 2 DMS: CILs, CLs.
• Awarded New Hire Fast Start-up Prize within 6 months from entry level.
