• Receive booking mail from customers, contact customers to confirm information concerning cargo information, type of import- export customs declaration and then advise and answer the issues involving customs clearance to customer.
• Cooperate with Transport planning department to arrange company own trucks or send booking to vendors accordingly. Accommodate and exploit to the maximum the shipment using company own truck.
• Send booking acknowledge to customer and issue documents such as Introduction letter, B/L , Arrival Notice, POD,… within timeframe.
• Follow up the shipment, update delivery timeline constantly and report to customer, solve troubles in delivery process to ensure smooth cargo delivery. Support and clear every enquiry involving shipment 24/7.
• Be the owner of all customer issues and engage relevant stakeholders as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions by identifying and analyzing root causes as well means for pre-venting future occurrence.
• Check debit notes, invoice from vendors( transport cost, OT fee, charge fee, extra fee,..), issue debit notes to customers.

• Learn the ropes of sales and business development
• Be trained to present products and services to customers and strengthen the Ford name.
• Support Sale team to make the quotation and draft sale contract
• Seek potential customer via social media as Facebook, Zalo, Google ads,…
