Project manager of more than five years looking to relocate to a new project management position where I can use the skills I earned from working with my previous employer.
1.Project manager (70%)
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
Monitor progress and make changes as needed
2. Warranty Manager (20%)
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Direct and coordinate a team of tech support specialists/help desk technicians
Prioritize IT-related problems as they come in to Help Desk and escalate when necessary
Follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution; identify tech support problem areas (i.e., negative trends) and, if warranted, implement corrective actions
Ensure ongoing training for tech support staff; advise tech support staff on career planning; maintain and analyze training records
3. Contract officer (10%)
Following up the project baseline and payment process
Negotiating and monitoring payment plans
Creating handover documentations
1. PMO (80%)
Be responsible for coordinating with other teams and legal departments to compose the contract for each project
Coordinate PM to plan the project management
Execute the approved project management plan
Monitor and control the performance against the scope, schedule and cost baseline to ensure the deadline and optimization of project
Report the progress to PM and the stakeholders
Cooperate with QA to supervise the performance of regulation
Prepare project documentation adhere to milestones of projects
Participate in following up the payment schedule of projects and coordinate with project leaders and accountant department to prepare payment documents
Support PM to identify, plan risk responses and monitor risks
Communicate efficiently and in a timely manner to the relevant Project Responsible Person on issues relating to the project’s stages
Proactively propose an improvement related to project management, customer experience, cost reduction, and work performance increase
2. ADMIN (20%)
Arrange a meeting agenda, invitation and take minutes of the meeting
Track the project resource's performance and report to PM every week
Proceed the hand-over milestones of projects
1. Admin Leader (70%)
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Hire, train, and evaluate employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
Work with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Collect, organize, and store information using computers and filing systems.
Oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Keep track of procedures and papers for foreign workers working in Vietnam
2. Receptionist (30%)
Be a receptionist and welcome guests
Be responsible for daily work as typing, drafting documents, storing documents (soft and hard copies)
Organize meetings, training, and events for the company
Book and coordinate travel arrangements for staff (company car, tickets, hotels...)
1. Admin Officer (50%)
Support Board of Directors, Project Dept. and Technical Dept. to make Quotations, Dispatches, Sales Contracts, Professional Competence
Book hotels, air tickets, apply for visas for Board of Directors and related Departments
Translate documents of Project Department and Technical Department
Fax, scan, print, and photocopy when necessary
Keep Quotations, Dispatches, Sales Contracts, Professional Competence
Be a cashier and report to Finance Manager cashbook report as requested
2. Project Coordinator (50%)
Coordinate with Project Manager to carry out projects
Manage and track the process of the project
Push other related Departments to finish the project on time
Report project process to Board of Directors
Track import-export process in order to ensure the deadline of the processes
