• Technical support for production operations
• Troubleshoot to ensure production equipment working smoothly
• Prepare spare parts for the machines

• In case of finding machine defects, take corrective action accordingly
• Proper recording of all quality parameters as called out in the controlled specification
• Preventing nonconforming products from entering the next operation
• Support QA/PE/Production/CIM team for improvements and validation process (yield, quality, reduced cost, re-layout, kaizen, 5S, SKB, improving …)
• Responsible for training new colleagues and operators
• Involve with the project team for FMEA, training, machine installation, …

• Responsible for the NPI project at the manufacturing site

• Work closely during NPI build to establish DFM and PFMEA for productivity and quality stability.

• Partner with all Work Cell groups/functions to resolve issues

• Proactive data analysis – awareness of line issues before being told

• Focus on continual improvement

• Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve and perform preventive maintenance for Laser mark and Inspection machine.
• Support machine installation, startup, and running of production processes.
• Increasing the machine's capacity by closely monitoring critical metrics of machine performance (Downtime, MA, PUPH, yield loss…) to take action timely.
• Monitoring the alarm of the machine through MTBA to have the plan to improve machine performance during performing PM.
• Pull and collect data from the database and log file of the machine to build the PDM report and detect the issue early, preventing long downtime.
• Build the A3, BKM based on experience and sharing the team sustaining to help troubleshoot effectively.
• Continuous improvement related to safety, quality, machine efficiency, and reduce cost.
• Manage spare parts of the machine, and review BOM to optimize the cost for inventory and actual usage of spare parts.
