1. Creative Planning and Communication Project Management

  • Research on corporation’s existing audience data to segmented thousands of walk-in visitors
  • Leveraged retrieved insights to curate tailored activities that effectively engage each group
  • Developed Activity Proposal, Implementation Plan (logistics, HR, finance) in collaboration with two other subsidiaries, VCVAA and Em Maison.
  • Maintained consistent communication among: (1) VIRES’s hybrid CEO, (2) Partner specialists and officers, and (3) ECUE’s finance and HR hosting team
  • Post-event: Compiled a comprehensive performance report

  • Over 200 visits, mostly parents and children
  • 80% of visitors subscribed to regular course updates
  • 50+ interactions under the hashtag #VIRES


2. Social Content Editing

  • Managed Facebook page and group: media planning, content editing (1 post/ 2 days), ad setup (entry-level), to promote courses
  • Ensured all content aligned with VIRES’s brand essence (no use of “kiddie” stock image) and conveyed Reggio Emilia’s authentic spirit

  • Consistently fulfilled 100%-120% sign-up KPIs within each one-month period.
