Founded and lead a centralized data team that works closely with the BOD and all departments. My job includes:

• Building & managing the company data system: including data lake, data warehouse, data marts, which pulled data from different sources and then clean, standardize and transform them into refined data model
• Making and updating BI reports and dashboards, which is used by the BOD, heads of departments and investors for both decision making and operational needs
• Creating and maintaining the company's data dictionary, a document that keeps all key metrics, source, owner, explanation and change history
• Doing analysis and consulting for the BOD and departments, both periodically and ad-hoc, Ex. before a big project or when making plans for a new year/quarter. Is also the vice-president of Sapo's Customer Success Council, which is formed to drive up renewal rate, active rate and improve customer journey.
• Making a CDP, linking all customer data and activity from internal ERP and various products/systems to form an unified profile. It's currently in use by most of the departments for customer care, renewal and upselling.
• Collaborated with IFC (from World bank group) to make a propensity score for unsecured loan using merchant's sale results. The score and the developed system/workflow is used to facilitate online loans (disbursed within 24h of application) with TPBank

• Was solely in charge of developing Abivin's route optimization algorithm, since the company's first customer up till my departure. The algorithm optimizes the delivering routes with various constrains (vehicle types, weight, volume, time window, familiarity...) and can save up to 30% of the number of vehicle used. It is currently in use by big distribution companies like P&G and FCV and went on to win the Startup world cup 2019 in SF, US ($1mil in prize)
• Was also the project manager of the company's first project outside of Vietnam, with a 3rd party logistics firm in Myanmar. The project contributes to roughly 33% of Abivin's revenue in 2018. Also named Employee of the year in 2018.

• Prepared the course materials for the ICT class. The course involves using various learning tools and equipments, such as the NAO Robot, 6DOF robot arm and Arduino to teach about programming & CATIA systems.
• Instructed students (both bachelor and master) in their capstone projects and answered student's questions during classes.
