Lead procurement team to supply FMCG products for General Trade (GT) outlets and Distributors in 36 provinces in Vietnam

• Ensure Sales, Profitability and Inventory Management targets are met
• Lead the selection of the product range to match the demand of 60,000 outlets and 80 distributors in the North, Central & South territories
• Manage efficiency of different procurement models for 80 distributors nationwide (Trading, Marketplace, Retail)
• Establish and manage strong partnerships with FMCG suppliers (Joint Business Plan) and logistic partners
• Oversee execution & collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales and promotion plans.

• Lead merchandising team of 35 headcounts to supply FMCG products for GT outlets in 29 provinces in Vietnam
• Oversee business expansion and selection of product range as well as SKU funnel for different territories
• Manage efficiency of inventory, especially slow-moving and nearly expired inventory
• Establish partnerships with FMCG suppliers to secure sufficient inventory and favorable trading terms.

• Lead supply and procurement team to source both ingredients and facilities for 6 brands (Yen Sushi, Genki, Shamoji, Kohi, Mylife Coffee, and Yen Market) with more than 50 outlets
• Lead local and import procurement to match high demand for supply for restaurant chains, coffee chains and supermarket
• Establish and manage high efficiency of supply to ensure smooth operation.

• Build and lead merchandise team to supply FMCG products for GT outlets in 3 key cities
• Approach and establish partnerships with FMCG suppliers; first introduce them to B2B e-commerce Joint Business Plan in Vietnam
• Lead sourcing process to ensure high fulfillment rate while maintaining low inventory days to optimize working capital for startup business.

• Manage Medicine Category team of 4 headcounts (Rx, OTC, Vitamin & Supplements, Admin), from 40 outlets in 2017 to more than 400 outlets in 2019
• Manage work with medicine suppliers, introduce them to first pharmacy chains in Vietnam
• Manage high fulfillment rate of medicine prescriptions
• Awarded Outstanding Performance in 2018.
