• Monitored stocks level and ensure supply of raw materials for Aji-ngon, Meat Extract, Incubation Powder Seasoning and Utilities plants for Long Thanh factory.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to execute projects related to developing and revising recipes by ensuring stock of new raw materials and minimize disposal risks for current ones.
• Executed daily operations tasks such as creating purchase requisitions, updating inventory records and making just-in-time schedule for Salt, Tapioca Starch, MSG and Sugar to minimize inventory cost.
• Worked closely with warehouse and procurement personnel to ensure accuracy of incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Prepare raw materials forecast to send to suppliers at the end of month.

Achievements:

• Developed VBA code to automate materials forecast, reduced preparing time from 4 hours ( including checking) to only 30 minutes -> Recognized companywide and presented in AVN Operation Excellence Conference to promote OE/DX in other departments.
• Controlled ~ 80 materials with 0 case non-OTIF (On time in full) supply of raw materials.

• Based on rework mixing matrix, SAP, Power BI and VBA code to automate rework mixing schedule and report
• Ensure on time in full supply of raw and packing material for production as well as prepare production schedule following MPS and dispatch plan of DSP for NP and Refill line
• Support warehouse operation by preparing One Point Lesson and training for Forklift drives and warehouse controllers to close gaps
• Gemba with team in the factory's warehouse and outsource warehouse to detect issues and work with related department to fix.
