• I joined the medical equipment manufacturing company B.Braun with the Fresh up program, one of the largest medical equipment manufacturing companies in the world as well as in Vietnam. I was able to practice, learn, support and work with 2 engineer positions: Production Engineer: With this position, I work from December 2021 to July 2022. I have learned about the medical device manufacturing, ensure production operations, tools for production management such as 7 QC Tools, DIR, 5 Why to handle product problems. Learn how to control the management of incoming materials to finished products in the production process, access production machines such as packaging machines, extruders, sterilization chambers, work with departments such as Planning, Assembly , QC... Quality Management Engineer: I joined this position from August 2022 to December 2022: with this position, I trained in Process Validation, Equipment Validation , Process and Equipment Risk Analysis. . Participate in the validation master plan: DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, product testing methods with QC department. Planning for OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification), define the scope of validation for medical devices.
