Main activities:

- Support and provide the partner (Sales Team) any related data that they require about the customer.

- Follow up with the internal team to make sure that the information transfers to the relevant department.

- Complete the other received tasks.

- Communicate with clients to support them and solve problems relating to their accounts about trading orders, withdrawal, information adjustment.

- Analyses clients’ activities to measure data’s results from marketing Team

- Takes orders & serves food and beverages to customers.
