Accomplishments

  • Set up an English Centre in Two provincial locations and bring a sense of “The Future of Education” to students in these areas.
  • Create policies relevant to the academic department as well as a substantial bank of teacher resources, staff trainings and workshops for all departments in the company.
  • Maintained the second highest average class size in the south of Vietnam in 2019.
  • Transitioned all offline classes to online, according to BOD protocol, thereby maintaining a reasonable teaching schedule for my team throughout that uncertain time.
  • Maintained a high student retention rate in 2019, due to careful planning, high teaching quality and good communication with the team.

Introduction

I am an ambitious, solutions orientated and growing Teacher with experience in Academic Management and Teacher Training. I have established an English Language company in two provincial locations in Vietnam. Able to establish clear processes for how the academic department should be run, experienced in curriculum development and committed to safeguarding the students’ well-being. A current Masters of Education student, with a background in humanities as well as six years of experience teaching Vietnamese learners and one year teaching Chinese learners, the position of Teacher of Geography at Harrow International School, Shenzhen, fits well with my passion in Education.
