As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Microsoft W+D (Windows + Device) Team, I have a strong background in both software and hardware engineering. I manage programs that result in products being built, tested, and sold to customers. I excel in managing the manufacturing process, running tests at each production stage, collecting detailed information, and tracking results throughout the product lifecycle. I am data-driven in making business decisions and improving product quality, including calibrating sensors, detecting display defects, and identifying issues before they impact customers. Responsibilities:

As Senior Engineering Manager:

• Analyzed various electronic problems and provided solutions for products from pilot run to mass production until phase-out of the entire production process.
• Handled and resolved client DOA (Dead on Arrival), OBA (Out of Box Audit), and reliability-related electronic issues with boards and devices.
• Coordinated and cooperated with the DEV team on major engineering design challenges and issues.
• Conducted engineering experiments and failure analysis through Engineering Change Request.
• Collaborated with cross function teams (such as TE, ME, SQE) to continuously improve product E2E yield and optimize production and testing processes.
• Take the Lead of company's annual QIT (Quality Improvement Team) and 6 Sigma programs with an excellent outcome : No.1 Engineering team from 6 Sigma and Gold medal from QIT program.
• From February to October 2009, provided technical support for project transfer from Kunshan to South America in response to customer and company requirements, successfully supporting the customer in launching new products to the South American market on schedule.
