- Help team understand and work with Agile - sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to increased product activity.
- Allocate and balance resources between 8 members, ensuring optimum across projects. Leverage skills of technical development and cross-functional team members to innovate technical offerings.
- Work closely and listened to team members' feedback to identify issues and resolve conflicts.
