• Handling of nonconforming material/product (including Quality Functional Tests for nonconforming materials and Waiver Request for nonconforming products).
• Ensured compliance with industry standards by conducting thorough audits of QA processes and documentation practices.
• Optimized testing processes by introducing advanced tools and methodologies, resulting in increased test coverage and shorter release cycles.

• Product launches by implementation of new processes/operations/equipment in production
• Create Assembly FMEA, evaluate product design concepts made by R&D and give input Equipment FMEA.
• Drive production process improvement by implementation of technology improvement, standardize work method and process for production.

• Make process standard, work instruction, daily check sheet, ... for production.
• Improve product quality, developing the production techniques and solve the problems of process.
• Train and manage technician staff.
