· Asses Pilot and PP samples.

· Asses pattern prior to sample submission.

· Conduct RA meeting monthly and decide focus training operations.

· Conduct trial sample and size set prior to bulk start and maintaining 0% down time under technical problems.

· Following and monitoring factory bonding protocol for all bonding styles.

· Conduct bulk production fit with customer nominated models and ensure the fit and quality.

· Review pilot evaluation report prior to bulk cut approval. • Taking pilot fit approvals from customer prior to bulk.

· Maintain and monitoring daily quality KPI . Products - Lingerie / Sportswear / Swim wear / Body shapers / Bonded tops and bottoms / Postpartum wears / Women's active wear.

· Customers - M&S / Lindex / George / Quince / OYSHO

. Prepare factory for all customers technical audits and customer audits.

· Monitor Sample room / Technical and Quality dept.

· Conduct size set, evaluate and send comments to central PDC. Negotiate production feasible methods, un achievable measuring points and un achievable appearance with central PDC.

· Worked for Speedo, Triumph and H&M accounts. Interpret customer spec sheet to a garment by giving correct technical details to pattern makers.

· Initiate development meeting/technical meeting/pilot appraisals meeting/training requirement meeting with all parties.

· Prepare sample capacity plans & proposed production viable construction methods & set quality standard as per the customer requirement.

· Introduce costing options & effective modifications to new methods & Set T&A with customer.

· Set internal goals to achieve individual KPIs.

· Follow up team members to achieve the T&As. Communicate with customer directly to clarify day today issues in line with agreed T&A.

· Closely follow up approval preparations & make sure to handover complete package with all relevant information to production in pre-production meeting.
