Elisha De Mayo

Between the years 2021-2023 I served in the israeli army as a workshop operator, and eventually was promoted to workshop manage. In my time there my work mostly consisted of:

• overseeing all projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Maintained workshop activities in line with budget requirements.
• Purchased and oversaw inventory of supplies, tools and equipment.
• Managed and led a team of specialized soldiers for optimal productivity and job satisfaction, while taking part in the labor itself.
• Implemented quality control measures.

while doing my job in the army, I was given permission to work with a privet company that took part in several of our projects.

In my time there, I was doing the following:

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Maintained clean working environment by consistently organizing tools and equipment, promoting workplace safety.
• Optimized material usage by accurately measuring and cutting required components prior to welding.

I was taking calls from costumers, ordering ingredient, and pairing orders with delivery persons.
