Store Opening Projects:

  • Lead IT deliverables for new store openings, including infrastructure setup and deployment of hardware (network, tills, mobile devices, screens, RFID readers) and software (POS systems, inventory management, etc.).


POS Software Enhancements and Integration Requests:

  • Manage change requests or the integration of new functionalities into POS software, including but not limited to ->
  • Integration of new Methods of Payment (MOP) and merchant terminals (e.g. VNPAY: QR & Cards)
  • Customer signature capture – to meet legal compliance requirements.
