Project: National Payment Switching System (for MDP Co.,Ltd)
Role: Product Owner

• Contributed to business design for a national-scale payment switching platform, collaborating with multi-stakeholders (Mobifone – Techcombank – One Mount).
• Defined product roadmap and translated regulatory/business requirements into system architecture and user stories.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver core switching functionalities ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Applied Hybrid Agile/Waterfall model to manage dependencies across organizations.

Achievements:

• Contributed to the establishment of Mobifone Digital Payment - MDP Co.,ltd (June 2025) and readiness for SBV licensing (November 2025). This is the second domestic switching company in Vietnam alongside Napas
• Delivered the core system foundation enabling future high-volume transaction processing. Planned integration with 45 major banks in Vietnam during 2026–2027.

Project: Launch of Online International Transfer on TCB Mobile App (Retail Customers)
Role: Product Owner

• Owned backlogs and product delivery for BPA system supporting digital FX product.
• Collaborated with Product, IT, Operations, and other departments to launch new FX services.
• Ensured alignment between business requirements and system delivery.

Achievements:

• Successfully launched online international transfer service (January 2026), enabling customers to perform transactions directly on TCB Mobile App without visiting branches.
• Contributed to increased FX revenue and enhanced digital customer experience.

• Executed Kaizen initiatives within the Operations Division at Techcombank.
