+ Cooperate with marketing supporter in order to calculate quantity of imported goods base on inventory situation and promoting products.

+ Communicate with customer service staff regarding invoice details, actual truck arrival time, and quantity of received goods.

+ Arrange manually sale orders according to routes routes in daily for making goods delivery note in DMS system.

+ Calculate daily sales quantity for employees to prevent overselling.

+ Checking monthly gap between products in reality and the system.

+ Review price change notices for goods and update data about pricing gap report based on current warehouse quantities.

+ Prepare reference price list for products and payroll sheet for employees.

+ Prepare relate reports in term of total sales, ext.. and others documents.

+ Was in charge of Washing Machine line's production plan with multiple process.

+ Arrange and update manually future production plan base on demand forecast data in GERP system.

+ Maintain PSI ( production - sale - inventory) and following material status.

+ Cooperate with production site and other departments for solving issues.

+ Calculate UPH and Working Time schedules when demand change.

+ Checking NPI, EOL and Finish goods inventory in term of qty and money..

+ Prepare KPI reports.

+ Achieved at rank B in 2019
