• Precious Metals POT audit and supplier development: Supplier UMICORE Platinum (Pt), Palladium (Pd), and Rhodium (Rh) in slurry form coating on Catalytic Converter process.
• Plan and prioritize process audits as per VDA 6.3 for the year. Ensure that Volkswagen's CSR is implemented in the supply chain. Ex: Formel Q Concrete, Formel Q capability, D/TLD.
• Regularly communicate Audit findings and recommendations to the management .
• Processes and products audited: metal, powertrain, chassis, battery, and interior exterior plastics, injection molding, machining, forging, foundry, engine parts, and functional parts for cars, trucks, and buses.
• Supporting VW Group brands like Audi, Lamborghini, MAN, and Scania.
• Conducting surprise quality audits [TRL] at critical suppliers.
• Ensuring systems in the supply chain, e.g., PPAP, VDA RGA/maturity levels (APQP), statistical process control (SPC), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and lean manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of part drawings, LAH-Lastenheft (specifications), VW, PV, TL standards, and their manufacturing processes of plastic, metal, powertrain, chassis, and engine parts, as well as battery manufacturers for the Volkswagen Group.
• Achievement - Key-User - QPN Integral: [Qualifizierungsprogramm Neuteile] executed critical projects, for example Project Ameo sub 4meter compact car and Project IN 2.0.
• Benefits: Identify major risks in project phase and executing the smooth SOP. Hence saving in Cost and improve in parts quality.
• Qualify “C” audit rated suppliers – Identifying the gaps and improving supplier regular coaching, implementing VDA core Quality tools like Ishikawa, Why why analysis etc.

• Project management: Participating in Pilot Hall meetings for new projects and Model year changes - flawless launches of projects, Model year changes, New projects, Facelifts, (Hatchback, Notchback).
• Representing CSC-Corporate Sourcing Committee (WOB) sourcing activities globally.
• Well versed with VW systems like Quality audit rating, QTR status in GASTi system.
• Key User - AVON: Providing the cost requirement for all engineering changes proposed. (ECN/Äeko) Coordinate and provide feedback on new project equipment, space, manpower, cost, visits, and sample requirements.
• Support Supplier for Beon, KPM Halle/IMDS).

• Criteria for supplier qualification: Strategic Suppliers significantly cost competitive but low audit rating.
• New production site: Green or Brown Field, new site due to relocation.
• Critical parts or new technologies.
• Improve quality capability of the suppliers: C grade → B grade and finally to A-grade- Quality capable.

• Commodities: Metal, Plastics, Rubber, Sintered parts.
• Processes: Stamping, Die casting, Moulding, sintering, Fabric wrapping, In-Mould decoration, Chrome Plating.
• Assembly line for Dashboard, Bumpers, Door trims and Child parts.
• Developing Ultrasonic welding Machine, Robotic Ultrasonic welding and Punching machine in India and abroad for Instrument Panel for post moulding operations.
• Use of different Tool steels, their properties and Heat Treatment process.
• Identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system; practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & Kaizen systems.
• Major customers: Volkswagen, General motors, Renault-Nissan, Ford, TATA motors, Mahindra.

• Design development and production in following departments: Injection molding, Multislides & Springs, Silver contact welding, Press shop.
• Plant III – Rayong: A Greenfield project. Successfully handled plant construction, selection of machines and installation, hiring of new employees and training them for technical requirements at Siam Eastern Sea board industrial area, Rayong, Leading the team of 35 members.
• Plant II – Kabinburi: Setting-up Toolroom and production line - at Kabinburi Industrial zone, Thailand. In-charge of CAD/CAM division. Handled design and development and maintenance of Press tools and Moulds. Leading the team of 10 members.
• Plant I - Nava Nakhon: Heading Multislides section. Handled design, development and maintenance of Multislide Tools. Leading the team of 15 members.
• Major Customers: Denso, NCR, Panasonic, Schaffner, Philips, Schneider, Proton.

• Design, development & assembly of molds.
• Product design: Compact design of different parts into single and Saved additional mould cost.
